Panther Westwinds was a small British Car company that made some of the oddest vehicles on the planet, some of which have been included in this list:
– Panther 6: a six wheeled convertible supercar with pop-up headlights
– Panther DeVille: Neo-classic grand tourer/sedan and the main inspiration behind Cruella De Vil’s car in the film 101 Dalmatians
– Panther Lima: A small, lightweight vintage-inspired two seater
– J72: The older version of the Lima
– Panther Rio: a Rolls-Royce adjacent luxury sedan that was based off of a Triumph Dolomite
All these cars were made out of old Jaguar parts (Exceot for the Rio) in the mid-1970s, so they were incredibly expensive and unreliable. They are fun to look at though.
