John Fitch commissioned Intermeccanica (makers of the Apollo GT and Italia) to craft an upscale $9K Corvair-based sports car with a removable roof, but the timing was horribly wrong. July 7, 2025 Weird Wheels A set of two fully armored State Limousines were gifted by Bentley to Queen Elizabeth II on the occasion of her Golden Jubilee in 2002; Their unique bodywork was crafted by Bentley’s Mulliner coachbuilding division.
