It’s one of the civilian variants of the Agrale Marruá (wich by itself is a result of one of the now defunct Engesa project, with ex-engineers making it come to life with Agrale), the military version is used by many armies, including the Brazilian Army, with this rear canopy also available on some military versions.
For more context, it’s very unnusual the existence of “truck-like” busses in Brazil, especially for newer models, with most having a flat face instead (even for scool busses, unless the “bus” is a van) or even being just urban busses adapted to scool busses.
